Dosage and recommendations
Pour 250 to 300 ml of water or plant-based milk into a shaker and add 30 g of Vegan Whey. Drink 1 to 3 servings per day in the morning, as a snack, or directly after training.
It is a valuable ally during phases of muscle development or weight loss during which a good protein intake is a factor for success.
