Dosage and recommendations

Take 4 capsules per day with a glass of water. It is recommended to consume this product during a meal. After opening, keep the product dry. This supplement can be consumed by everyone to meet the body's omega-3 needs. To balance your Omega-3/Omega-6 ratio, this product can be consumed continuously, throughout the year. With 4 capsules taken per day, each bottle contains 1 month of treatment.
